4 CUPS OF WATER
1 LARGE RIPE TOMATOES
OIL
SALT
PEPPER
OREGANO
2 EGGPLANTS
IMPLEMENTATION
Put the oil in the pot and sauté all the spices. Add the barley and after 2 minutes
The water is boiling. Add the tomato after we have peeled and chopped it and let our food boil for about 10 minutes.
Cut the aubergines into small cubes and salt them. Fry them in hot oil in another pot and garnish our barley.
