The traditional pasta workshop "eftihia" is a family business that started in 2002 with headquarters in Neo Mylotopos of the Municipality of Pella. Until 2006 our production capacity was 60 kg per day and we were located in an area of 80 sq.m.
The growing demand for products pushed us in 2006 to relocate to one modern workshop 250 sqm. We produce 22 different pasta products but most of the 500 kg of our daily production are traditional.
We produce products with semolina, eggs and milk having since 2009 the International Foods Standard (IFS) certification system.
Our business is purely family with respect for tradition and quality
